The staff and Dr. Scott were caring and very helpful. They were always easy to work with when calling in multiple prescriptions and making appointments that help us avoid the E.R. Vet. In our saddest of times this clinic pulled out a little something special that made things just a little easier. Think you staff and Dr Scott!
Dr. Scott and his whole team are nothing but WONDERFUL to my pets, even when they are being super feisty. Everyone is very knowledgeable and caring. I know my pets are getting the best care.
I took my pug in for an ear cleaning and nails clipped. My usual vet is in Biloxi I wanted to try to get in somewhere closer. She in fact had an infection and dr used a 1 time medication distributed in office. The staff was very sweet and did a wonderful job. At the end of the visit I was shocked to be charged almost $300. Dollars.My regular vet takes the exact same steps for the ears and its never over $50. I will be doing the drive to Biloxi. I have 6 pugs,the ears are problematic this year. This is my first puppy ever in life at 55 yrs old , 7 week old chiweinie, The Dr. And staff were absolutely amazing they were very knowledgeable and completely explained all that is involved with my puppy a lot of things I didn't know at all and am very happy they explained it all in great detail !!! Thank You Vet Med for the best customer service anyone could EVER get !!!
