First, let me say Dr. Marten's and staff were Great. My biggest issue was their Covid Parinoid polices as it is July, 2021! You are not allowed inside with your sick pet to talk to the doctor at ANYTIME. When I went to pick up my companion, I had to wait outside for 2+ hours in the heat before they brought him out. Never got to talk with the doc. The tech comes out and gives you the meds and off you go. I am fully vaccinated and would have put a mask on to meet with the doctor about my sick boy but you cannot.
