They looked after our cavoodle. Great caring staff.
We nearly lost our French bulldog recently after he aspirated after waking up after a CT scan, To say i was distraught would be an understatement, Zoe was amazing, she went above and beyond to help in every way she possibly could , he had been transferred from the CT clinic to another vet hospital in Adelaide , Zoe kept in constant contact with both the CT unit and the vets Clyde had been transferred to, but not only that she also kept in contact with me and even had her wonderful staff allow me to contact her whenever i nee... read more
Very Professional listen to what my concerns were about regarding our 17 yr old Maltese Shitzu female Bubu I could see my dog was very comfortable whilst being examined We will be back very happy with the service from the Anderson Family at Woodside
I've dealt with this clinic twice and they've been singularly unhelpful both times. I found the woman on the phone to be rude and dismissive, and they didn't seem interested in actually assisting me or my dog. Any excuse to get you in for the 'full consult experience', despite it being unnecessary in this instance. Basically, unless you're willing to pony up extra $$$ they don't really want to know anything about you. An unsavoury and disappointing experience.
