Rude over the phone
The receptionist is Incredibly rude, I’ve been hung up on twice trying to understand what she’s saying. Tried to charge me $240 when the price is $150 and when I corrected her she accepted it and went ahead, I’m unsure if they know their own prices? Told me to go somewhere else and I said I’m unable so she’s put me on a “waiting list” and hung up immediately. It’s probably not a bad place but she is the worst I’ve encountered in terms of a receptionist. There is a language barrier and she is not considerate of that at all.
I haven’t been there but when I called to book an appointment for my puppy vacation the reception doesn’t know how to talk nicely and kind.the People in Australia doesn’t accept this kind of customer service.
