*THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN THANK GOD* No please don’t do it! If you love your pet please take them somewhere else! Took my dog here was told he looks fine when he was clearly unwell they sent him home because “nothing is wrong with him” He was still not good the next day so I took him somewhere else. They took him in right away and there was so many things wrong with him! If I didn’t take him somewhere else he probably wouldn’t be here right now! Do your animal a favour and go somewhere else

** THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN, THANK GOODNESS** DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE! SAT ME IN THE EXAM ROOM FOR 2 HOURS WAITING FOR VET MEANWHILE NO ONE WAS HERE!!!! I WAS TOLD MY GIRL WAS STABLE, THEN THE NEXT DAY I EVEN CALLED A COUPLE WORRIED ASKING QUESTIONS THEN 24 HRS LATER SHE GOT WORSE & I ENDED UP LOOSING MY FUR BABY DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE! TAKE YOUR PETS TO BOREAL JUST DOWN THE STREET!!! DO NOT GO HERE

Called about dental issuses causing my pet to not eat. Mentioned dental issuses to the receptionist. Talked about the dental issuses to the vet tech that performed the initial assessment. When the vet saw me she said they don't do teeth. Very happy to spend my time and money to have to do it all again at my regular vet. Ran me through the process so they could still bill me.

Dr. Craig Kosheluk was incredible with my boy and myself as well. He could tell I was anxious and he was so calm and thorough with me. Showed me everything, talked everything through, was honest with costs. The vet techs and the lady at the front were also incredible. Everyone was so kind to me and my baby. If I ever need emergent vet care again, this is where I’ll go for sure. Thank you for everything you do!
