We appreciate the care our pet received from NIVES, however, we’re disappointed that we couldn’t return unused and unopened medication. Very expensive.

Even though we did not get the best news during our emergency visit and had to put my boy down I couldn't have asked for a better place to take my dog. The compassion from the moment I stepped into the doors to when I left empty handed I felt nothing but care and I know my boy was in the best hands and had a very peaceful loving transition over the rainbow bridge. Thank you for all you guys did for me and my dog.

I had a positive experience with this clinic and they took good care of my pet. Just had long wait times. I’ll also add I had a recent visit and because the wait was so long they told be about another clinic……got to that clinic and they were at capacity……I was on my way back to Northeast and they called me to tell me they had an open room. Love that they care so much.

Millie woke up vomiting blood! The Dr and nurse was amazing, they got her in to the room quickly and started running test on her. They prescribed some medicine that helped her. I was so scared, they calmed me down and was so nice and helpful! I appreciate everything they did for my sweet baby girl. Millie loved her little bandaid. ❤️ 😊
