Dr Ross is honest and caring! We’ve had two dental cleanings for our dog, Musette, and it’s the most affordable in town! Thanks Dr Ross & the whole team for your hard work!
They made my granny with cancer feel awful for not being able to cover 130 with her putting 100 down ( after being referred to go there for payment plans for low income ) the owners wife ( receptionist) called my brother an asshole in the next room as they are putting their dog down of 15 years!!!! As they are trying to explain and shown proof of being referred for payment plans. DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible service. Terrible people.
Worst place ever do not go there!! Not compassionate and very money hungry!
Dr.Ross reminds me of the Hometown Vets of yesteryear. He keys in to my dog for a brisk once over as we discuss her concern at hand. He never tries to sell me something. After a short visit, I leave feeling completely taken care of, and trusting that I’m doing what I need to and not subjecting her to more than is necessary.
