I’m still feeling hurt and frustrated about our experience with the veterinary care provided while our rescued puppy, Pepper, was in the shelter system. She was seen by your service during her 2 times there, and when we adopted her, we discovered her records had been deleted. That made it much harder for us to understand her medical history and continue the care she needed.
