A very thorough vet all round with great advice and genuine care. We've seen a few different vets here and each one of them have been thorough with their examinations and caring to our girl who is always very anxious. Yes, I would recommend
Had my Dingo there a few times, had ear problems and the 1st vet kept treating it with same stuff and said I wasn't thorough, a different vet solved it with different stuff 1st go. The 1st vet also looked at a like pimple on his leg and said it was nothing, it's got that big a annoying him they want over $1000 to remove it and no guarantee he'll come out of surgery because he's an older dog. You should get a second opinion or go to another vet if you get this certain female vet I had.
We have been going to Aberglasslyn vets for a few years now. The team there are always helpful and kind. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog Jeanie and had to take her to the Cessnock location, the staff were so lovely and gentle with us, Rob the vet was fantastic and explained everything very clearly and helped us do what was best for Jeanie. Damian and staff were absolutely amazing with delivering us some difficult news at a difficult time of year, they cared for our girl with absolute consideration and compassion, and taking time to explain every option open to us. Highly recommend.
Due to only contact between business hours, sent Two emails, 2 enquiries and no responce. Poor customer service.
