We looked at the reviews before we came and they were spot on. You will leave with food because the plate sizes are huge. The food is very good and authentic Italian. Looking at other people’s dishes that came out they were also very large.
Vesuvios has been my favorite Italian place in Statesville and Ive brought friends and family multiple times. Today I went out of my way to come here, but I was so disappointed with my food. I ordered Shrimp and Broccoli Alfredo with GF spaghetti. The pasta came completely chopped up in little 1 to 2 inch pieces... I've never been served pasta like that and it was not enjoyable at all. $70 for two extremely disappointing flavorless meals. Cant find a good Italian restaurant anywhere in Statesville.
Vesuvio’s sponsored our team meal for our high school sport banquet. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating to our needs. The food was delicious and I can’t say about about the kindness we received Thank you from West Iredell High School! Don’t hesitate to try their food. Anything you get will be delicious.
