I lived at vesty for a little over four years. The majority of my experience is held in high light. It’s not that the other reviews are completely wrong… but I do and have always seen many of vestys issues in a different light. First off, the area is something that offers amazing access to down town and highways, perfect location in that regard, but it is active with crime. I’m not going to lie I was skeptical here at first until I walked in to the office and I spoke with Linda it’s was very genuine. I explained my situation to her and she helped me right away. She even went the extra mile for me and got me in immediately. Linda's the best❤️
I've been trying to contact management for almost a week now, there is cigarette smoke coming through the vents in my apartment, stinking up clothes, towels, causing me headaches and nausea. I've emailed, called, no answer. I call multiple times a day, and I've been ignored fully. The last thing I wanna do is contact the health department or housing services to legally address the situation of cigarette smoke coming into my apartment in NON SMOKING building. To the community and property management... Your tenants and neighbors will have signs like this facing a children's playground and park..
There were persistent odor and safety issues in that building that weren't being resolved. I lived there for years but toward the end things deteriorated and it became a difficult situation.
