I didn't get to see the specialist, but I would not make another booking because the clinic attitude was poor, uncaring and inflexible. I had waited 5 months for the appointment. I was 12 minutes late to my appointment due to roadworks; with a 2 hour drive to Bunbury, and I had allowed an extra 30 minutes. I messaged ahead to say sorry unfortunately I may be 10-15 minutes late. Arrived to be told you'll have to re-schedule and wait another series of months. Caring , compassionate and the best Gynaecologist I’ve ever been to , explains everything in an easy calm manner and gives you ample time to ask questions, ladies on the desk have always been amazing and go out their way to help . Good experience and recommend to all ladies in need of a Gynaecologist
I just had a really positive experience with Sam doing my ultrasound. Lovely bedside manner and I was able to facetime with my partner who is away at work during the scan (something I wasn't allowed to do at a previous local radiology clinic).
Very sad to hear a doctor that is written up on their own website as an expert in hormones and menopause tell a 42 year old woman with multiple peri menopause symptoms she is too young to have peri menopause. I feel like the education gap between doctors and woman is so vast. Which is sad, especially when it is a female doctor. We really should be doing better.
Traumatic experience with this place. Gynaecologist hadn’t read any of my history, asked no questions, gave no guidance. I waited months for my appointment and trial treatment and the lady was so rude and told me straight up that she had more important things to do and had no idea what treatments I had already trialled and GOODBYE. I am devastated. I am in so much distress and terrified to approach any doctors now. Worst experience I have ever had.
