Compassionate, calm and respectful. We are so fortunate in Bunbury to have this service on our doorstep. I’ve been 30 years seeing gynaecologists and I’ve never encountered a service that was so balanced and was able to meet me where I was at. Recommend this service for anyone looking for good quality care in the south west.
I didn't get to see the specialist, but I would not make another booking because the clinic attitude was poor, uncaring and inflexible. I had waited 5 months for the appointment. I was 12 minutes late to my appointment due to roadworks; with a 2 hour drive to Bunbury, and I had allowed an extra 30 minutes. I messaged ahead to say sorry unfortunately I may be 10-15 minutes late. Arrived to be told you'll have to re-schedule and wait another series of months. Caring , compassionate and the best Gynaecologist I’ve ever been to , explains everything in an easy calm manner and gives you ample time to ask questions, ladies on the desk have always been amazing and go out their way to help . Good experience and recommend to all ladies in need of a Gynaecologist
I just had a really positive experience with Sam doing my ultrasound. Lovely bedside manner and I was able to facetime with my partner who is away at work during the scan (something I wasn't allowed to do at a previous local radiology clinic).
Very sad to hear a doctor that is written up on their own website as an expert in hormones and menopause tell a 42 year old woman with multiple peri menopause symptoms she is too young to have peri menopause. I feel like the education gap between doctors and woman is so vast. Which is sad, especially when it is a female doctor. We really should be doing better.
