I wish I could give zero stars. The developer, who also served as the director of the building company, has shown a complete lack of accountability. We began occupying the building 18 months ago, and we are still dealing with pages of unresolved defects — including ongoing water leaks throughout the property. It’s clear they have no regard for the long-term quality of their developments or the wellbeing of the owners who live in them.
wish I could rate this as a negative star review but to post you have to give one star. The managing director of this company has been been responsible for 10 years of issues of not building to code at Park Avenue Estate. We are currently out of pocket $5000+ in repairs. Did everything he could to avoid taking repsonsibility for it within the 7 year grace period. Avoid at all costs. Buyers beware.
