I’m extremely disappointed with the security company assigned to our neighborhood. Their performance has been consistently unacceptable. Guards are frequently seen asleep in the guardhouse, completely neglecting their responsibilities. There is little to no enforcement of basic community rules—unauthorized commercial vehicles are regularly parked throughout the property, and residents park on the grass daily without any intervention.
