We have been going here since I was a baby seeing Dr. Simpsons dad, now we see the Dr. Simpson that is in the office. My kids have been going here for almost 15 years. I love that they are open on Saturday and Sunday and you can be seen by any Dr.. You will see a Dr. every time NOT an assistant or a NP like SO many offices do now! The doctors here are great. However, they are only a part of it. The office staff is completely worthless and will refuse to help you at times. Had an issue with getting my childrens prescriptions sent to their pharmacy and the office staff refused to help me! Straight up said to me that she was not going to assist me. I have 5 kids that go here but I’m seriously debating on going somewhere else and give my money to someone else because of the office staff.
Dr Simpson is amazing. Doctor stone is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Very rude. Everyone I know who has seen him has beeen just as unhappy that’s why he’s always the only doctor available.
