My tech walked away 9 times to greet and start services on others. They were busy but ask people to wait rather than ignore the ones with an appointment.
I asked for dip and they gave me ayrilic and over charged. Now my nails r broke and when I tried to get them re done I couldn’t bc of the ayrlic they put on my nails and now my nails are broke and messed up
This is the BEST nail salon! We come for pedicures every 2-3 weeks….and have for years….nails look great and we rarely have to wait! Tu and her staff are wonderful!

I'm visiting Birmingham and wanted to get my gel removed and a regular mani. I walked in and sat down almost immediately. Initially, my appointment was going well! The issue for me arose at the halfway point when I was told to wash my hands. I came back with a small paper that had the price on it on the table, which confused me.
