Lived here great for two years until key fob broke and got locked outside of apartment at 1am. Couldn’t find any emergency contact number, couldn’t find the security guy to enter. Nothing. Locked outside alone as female. Terrible experience.
Living at Vestalia has been an amazing experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to Jordan Rossi and especially Whitney Weiss. We have been residents of Vestalia for the last 5 years and have seen many changes over the course of our time, especially with the management companies. Since Greystar became the new property company, Whitney and Jordan have been amazing. There are so many more community events, they’ve been responsive and helpful to any issues or problems that arise and you can tell that they have been making significant strides in improving the living experience of the building. I would not recommend living here. For the amount of money we pay, this is marketed as “luxury,” but it feels more like a kids’ playground. The constant noise overshadows everything. Children are allowed to scream and yell outside at all hours, and many run or ride scooters through the hallways. Parents show little consideration or respect for their neighbors, and management has proven utterly incapable of getting control of the situation despite repeated complaints. I’m trying to get in contact with the owner or property manager at this location regarding a serious situation involving multiple stolen checks. Unfortunately, the leasing agent on site has been blocking my calls and refusing to allow my concerns to be addressed. This is unacceptable and obstructive behavior, especially given the seriousness of the issue. I’m requesting immediate contact from the owner or someone in authority, this cannot be ignored. Otherwise, I will escalate this further with legal action.
