Whitney and Dechaun (I may be misspelling his name) were extremely helpful during my move out process. I couldn’t have imagined working with a better team. After 3 harmonious years of living on the property, I was greatly disappointed with my moving out experience. I have yet to receive my security deposit back despite several calls, emails, and documents. It's been a year since I moved out and no one will actually resolve the issue, I've spoken to corporate and the property manager. We had a wonderful experience at Vestalia in the guest sweet. Whitney was amazing and very professional. Great location, close to restaurants and plenty to do.
All I have to say is, I LOVE THE MANAGMENT TEAM!! Greystar taking over was probably the best thing we could’ve hoped for. I don’t know where to start but all I can say is, we are blessed to have Whitney as our buildings manager. This man takes care of everything !! He is so empathetic caring alert and on top of it all. Thank you for all you do for us Whitney, you are there for every single resident who lives here and truly made this a luxury 5 star building. Thanks to Jordan as well for being such a great help !
I want to share my excellent experience at Vestalia. We have Nespresso coffee in the lobby and once a month mingle gathering, last month we had Petrossi for brunch, the Cloud 9 (fresh ground beans from Erewhon) was delicious and my daughter loved their matcha!
