Excellent standard of care, horrible experience as a trainee. Was frequently yelled at in front of patients and treated in an unprofessional manner. I understand these are high-stress situations but as a brand new provider expectations were not clear and each preceptor expected to have things done exactly their way, I was once yelled at for pulling the stretcher out of the ambulance differently from them (I had both feet on the ground, firm grip, etc.).
