Called ahead to see if this facility would like 7ea skids of product delivered a day early 2/29/24 as I finished day 10 miles away. Got answering machine, so left msg.. Within minutes Bart Hammond returned my call and gave me the go ahead to come on in. I arrived a couple mins before 2pm Recvg cutoff and also happens to be breaktime for the factory workers. Just got hired today and seems to be a great place to work!
It needs a sign on the front that states must have foundry experience to be considered. I spoke with the hr lady twice and both times she stated that she is telling me how it is but she told me two different things.
Fantastic integrity! They accidently shipped an order to me in Canada - express air collect, when instructed to ship regular ground freight collect. They contacted the freight company and reversed the charges without hesitation when they could have done nothing. Excellent honest company!
Jason Hall helped me order some items for a outdoor grill. Vestal had all the parts and they mailed them promptly the next week. I'm super excited to use my old grill as it's finally updated. Thanks for the great customer service!
