First time with this business and what a pleasant surprise! The Doctor Ying was super nice, staff friendly, John is the man, everyone was helpful. I felt like a person and not just another number. They are my new go to for my eyes!!!!!

I went for my first appointment at Vestal Eye Care Associates this week and was seen by Dr.Ying. My experience was fantastic! 10/10 The building is easy to locate, on Front Street in Vestal, with ample parking. Inside they have a great selection of frames from various brands, including designer ones (such as Michael Kors) for both men and women. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. After getting a letter in the mail stating that I owed a “no-show fee”, I called the office asking when my appointment was and why I wouldn’t get any reminders for it. They claimed I got a phone call on a date that I did NOT get a phone call from them and that I “verbally agreed to the appointment”. Again, this did not happen.
