This office team is fantastic, that doesn't even cut it to be honest! We were buying a home after moving from the northeast, while getting ready to start our new jobs in the RVA area, so stress was full throttle in our daily lives. We had some issues arise on the sellers side during the closing, Tammy and John were incredible with their timing and working within our time frame so closing on our new home wouldn't interfere with our new job schedules. The whole team made it happen and with ease.

I had a frustrating experience with Vesta Settlements Richmond over a file I was trying to close out. I was told in writing that $500 would resolve the matter in full, and I sent that payment. Later, I received another email claiming that $200 had been returned from my payment and asking me to resubmit it. After checking with the bank and reviewing the payment history, there was no returned $200, no reimbursement, and no pending credit on my end. My records show the payments as completed.
