I was helping my parents buy a house and these guys are what give real estate agents a bad name. I feel Elizabeth is the ultimate bait and switch realtor. She got us under contract and left for a 3 week vacation. In addition, after accepting to be our transaction broker she was not forthcoming, keeping the property listed and taking back up offers without letting us know this was their intentions. I feel if you want you property bought or sold smoothly and professionally, choose a different firm.
