It is great to deal with a company like Vesta who are established for many years, knows their business, and have knowledgeable employees who are trained from sales through installation. I have been in service businesses for many years and know great service when it happens to you. You don't get this from box stores or online. We have done 3 projects with Vesta and it also didn't cost us a premium for the top quality of product and service, would be worth it even if it did! Thanks
We purchased our counter top and backsplash (matching slabs) from Vesta last summer. Christina was very helpful with the design questions, setting up installation dates, etc... the installation crew was also very knowledgeable, and clearly experts at their craft. Everything was done in a timely fashion with excellent follow-up. We also had an unfortunate incident with a separate service provider who accidently nicked our countertop... The countertop came in on the scheduled date and was installed without any challenges or problems. The installers went to great lengths to keep the place clean even though there was snow/ice outside and the whole countertop installation was done in a few hours.
Nous avons fait affaire avec Christina pour nos comptoirs de quartz, très belle expérience, elle est d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme, toujours disponible, que ce soit par téléphone ou quand on lui envoyait un courriel, elle nous répondait rapidement. Nous avons tellement aimé son service ainsi que la personne que nous avons décidé d’acheter le dosseret en quartz, si vous voulez un service 5 étoiles, je vous recommande Christina.
Panan at Vesta was absolutely wonderful. I walked in with a unique and special request for a custom table and she rose to the challenge. No one else in the city was able to help me. She found the table base I was looking for and provided multiple designs and great advice for the top. It is one of a kind! If you have unique needs go and see Panan!
