I lived here for a year now. My lease is up this month and I have to move somewhere else due to there being no 3bed 2baths available (I’m in a smaller apartment currently). But if there were I wouldn’t leave. Maintenance is quick, it’s a quiet neighborhood and family oriented. I didn’t talk much to the leasing office, but they’ve always been kind when I’ve needed them.

Living here has been a steady decline into disappointment and frustration. Instead of addressing real, ongoing problems, IRT Living is more interested in nickel-and-diming residents wherever they can. Let’s talk about the pet spa, which is unusable at this point. The drainage is broken, so the area floods constantly. Hmm okay. I wanted a 2bed tour and the reception girl told its available on 5th June. It's fine. But here's my problem - how come you don't even ask the potential client if they want to have a look around the community or property area? They don't even smile or show any compassion. Just a straight face as if they are doing a massive favour to humanity. May be if I am coming from a different country that they really did not care. I want to take a moment to recognize the maintenance department, especially Reynaldo Feliciano. Every time we’ve submitted a maintenance request, the issues have been addressed promptly and professionally. Reynaldo consistently ensures that any concerns we have are not only resolved quickly but also explained thoroughly so we understand what was done and why. The leasing office representative(A Tall black individual )was extremely rude and unprofessional during our visit. When we asked questions about the lease and the apartment, she responded with an attitude and answered abruptly, as if we were bothering her. It was one of the worst apartment tours we’ve ever experienced. She didn’t show us any of the amenities and failed to provide clear or detailed information about the apartment.
