There was some confusion over the color of the gutters, but they fixed it quickly and made sure we were happy. It's okay to make mistakes; what matters is how you deal with them. They did a good job with it.
My parents used them to fix their roof and told me to use them too. I'm glad I did what they said because they were really professional and patient with all of my queries.
In the winter, we experienced problems with ice dams. They put in the right underlayment and made the insulation better near the eaves. There haven't been any problems since.
