Vessel recently opened up their 9th & 9th location, which provides a great healthy meal option to the restaurant selection. They’ve got a wide variety of different meal options to choose from, many of which are very tasty. My only issue is that both times I’ve gone during prime dinner time, the food has been slightly soggy, making it feel more like cafeteria food and less like a freshly made meal. I am very pleased with this place! Great food and quick in the kitchen, every one of the employees I talked to was very nice and had recommendations of what went good together! I will absolutely be coming back! And one more thing! They are very inclusive of dietary restrictions! And I love to see that!
I have been to the 9th and 9th location a few times now, and the food is delicious. However service can be 'hit or miss', especially if you dine-in.
