Pablo has done my echo a few times now. He’s very punctual, professional, and oh so kind! I hope that he does every single one, since I will be getting several before each chemotherapy treatment.

I wanted a second opinion from a cardiologist after having a heart attack. Found this place, called, spent 15 minutes on the phone booking an appointment…10ish days later I show up for my appointment. They had all of my information in their system, I saw my info on the receptionists computer screen. But she stated I didn’t have an appointment and should book one. How do you have all of my information but no appointment? Complete waste of time.

I cannot believe that you would have a place like this and run out of product. This is just absolutely absurd. You need better inventory control or a competent manager.

Rating 2 stars because NP, Kristyn is the first provider in years to listen to my husband and help him. HOWEVER, the front office is atrocious and a liability. They are very rude and unhelpful. Their lack of communication to the provider is so bad that my husband’s health is declining and they still refuse to help despite all of the urgent phone calls we keep making to them.
