Clean comfortable good service. Staff are very helpful and patience.
This place is truly a gift from god. I travel about an hour outside of the city just to come here. The drinks after, the elegant soaps that are offered, its cleanliness, everything about this place is magical.
The actual float experience was amazing. It was very relaxing and I felt like I reset my nervous system. However, I have to deduct 2 stars because of the service provided. The hostess did not make me feel welcomed, she made me feel very judged. It was my first time doing a float and had basic knowledge on what float therapy is. She was asking me about the type of float I would like to do or what kind of experience I would have. I wasn’t so sure and was trying to explain how I wanted to feel.
