Coming back after a long pause in my membership just to face significant decrease in service wasn't on my bingo card. The front desk lady was absolutely passive-aggressive which is understandable when she's alone with ten clients at the same time. Spending time serving drinks and introducing the services to new clients being mechanically nice. But I'm not paying hundreds of dollars for being a punching bag and facing aggression and being ignored by a lady who is there to provide customer service. I tried to speak about this ... read more
Exactly what I needed. Not intimidating or weird but very calming and genuinely welcoming. Sun was like a gentle breeze guiding me forward on my journey. I did pick up some thumps and knocks during my float (pitch black, no sounds) but nothing that took me out of my space. Definitely recommend. You won’t find this quality at this price point in NYC.
What an amazing experience, I was hooked the first time I tried it. I joined the same week. Highly recommend
