Maribeth was a huge help in completing the documentation with a very difficult Canadian seller and a broker who did not appear to understand the USCG documentation requirements. Her services definitely crossed over into consulting services way beyond the scope of services we contracted. When we brought this up an offered to compensate her for the additional work, she refused saying it was all part of the service. We never would have gotten trough the process without her.
We inadvertently let our COD expire. Reinstatement included a name and hailing port change. After months of back and forth with the NVDC it became clear we were never going to satisfy their requirements. We engaged Maribeth who immediately went to work. Through her expertise and knowledge of the NVDC’s requirements, policies and procedures she was able to get our COD reinstated. Can’t say enough about Maribeth’s professionalism, excellent customer service and persistence!
