The asian waitress wearing glasses came across as rude today, June 13. When she asked what we wanted to drink, I asked if our order included complimentary coffee since many breakfast places do. She responded sharply, saying, “No, that’s why I’m asking you what you want to drink,” and then proceeded to list the drinks on the menu, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Abysmal service! Our 2 year old was sadly crying in hunger as our order didn’t come for almost 1 hour. We were hangry too by the time food came and couldn’t enjoy it too. Very slow service and no acknowledgement or atleast show courtesy of saying food is going to be late. They need better management and servers. Atleast the food was good and what we expect from Mikayla Cafe (we also have visited San Jose one which was much better). Sad to see the state of cafe going down just because of poor service.
