100%. This is a review for Amanda in the Vespa pick up and repair department. I’ll be honest with you, I bought my Vespa from this dealership and have had a decent but basic service up until recently. Hopefully management reads these reviews and gives Amanda the stratospheric rays that she deserves. I own my own business. And when I tell you that employees like Amanda are rare in their ability and drive to go above and beyond simply because they enjoy their job and the components of their job? I took my Vespa in to Amanda, and WOW! She is excellent at customer service. She communicates well, is thoughtful, timely and knowledgeable! After she worked on my Vespa, she explained everything and made it seem so simple. On top of all of that she washed it and topped off the gas! She was a joy to have work on my Vespa, and I know I am in great hands at Joe Ricci Vespa in Taylor. I hope they realize what an amazing employee they have, and compensate her accordinly! You go girl!

Worst Vespa service ever !
There mopeds are way too expensive so I don't think I'll be buying any of theirs. Most mainly in there just to see if they had moped inner tubes.They don't have them but can order them she said.
