I had a good first service experience with Vespa of Baltimore today 05/22/12. Marlene at the service desk was very pleasant and helpful, and Colin, the only Vespa certified technician they have on staff, was fast, informative, and professional. I did not have any problem getting the tire I needed, but another reviewer did mention a problem with getting parts. In my experience, the parts supply issue is a global Vespa problem.
