Best customer service ever, CJ is super experience, knowledgable, friendly, and always try his best. I love my scooter, and consider him my scooter's family doctor 🥰
Exceptional service. Very kind on the phone and in person. To place the stand you don't need to open up the whole floor board. Underneath you need to take away the black thing as seen in the picture. You can throw that away. Then you can attach the stand. We got the stand from Piago in Italy. The hook is convenient to hold a water bottle or some shopping bags.
Super service as always. It's a long way for me to get there, but it's worth the drive to a service department I can trust!
I worked with Martin to get set up for my very first Vespa. When it came to finalize the deal, everything was exact to the penny... a "no surprise" experience... just the way I like it! The team at Metro were great, I met the GM ( Sameer) as well as Christian (head technician) and Zoltan (the scooter whisperer). From the showroom to the shop I was impressed. Drop by and have a look!
