Poor customer service called to get a price. would not give me one until I gave him my name or phone number!! Lied to me saying that the 2014 LX and that the new primavera's looked the same?!!? The new primavera's where redesigned and look nothing like the LX. when I told him about the 3V motor on the new primavera 150s he was confused about the product? OMG - service extraordinaire! Called the store at 4:00 on Friday afternoon. The staff (over the top in customer service) did the paperwork in a jiffy and Dr. Mike was at MY DOOR at 06:00 on Sunday morning with my gorgeous new Vespa GTS 300. Love it!!
Dr. Mike delivered my scooter on Sunday and I love it. I had a lot of questions and Marcie was very helpful. Vespa Hartford-Scooter Centrale is the place to go for a scooter.
