First time I've walked out happy with a haircut. Jess is amazing
I've been seeing Jess for years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Every appointment exceeds expectations. The salon is beautiful and offers complimentary beverages (including cappuccinos). Prices are always fair and reasonable.
I visited this salon to get my hair done for my graduation day. I was a bit hesitant because my hair is very fine, but it gets frizzy and puffy very easily, especially in humidity. On top of that, it was 30°C with almost 90% humidity that day. I knew that if I didn’t wear it in an updo, it could lose its shape within minutes. Jess has been my go-to hair stylist since I moved to Ottawa. She puts so much work and care into every cut she does. I highly recommend booking with her anytime. The other staff are super awesome too (especially Erika!).
