Always a great experience coming to Vespa. Erika was very kind and friendly, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. A+ service from the scalp massage, asking if I’d like a beverage, asking my pronouns and being professional. I feel great. My favourite salon in Ottawa.

Jess always knows how to get my hair to the perfect blonde and cut it in the most flattering way! The last time I went she gave me very actionable feedback on how to preserve my hair and make sure I have the right products to keep it looking fresh for as long as possible while maintaining the length.
