They close before their posted hours, despite confirming by phone that very day they close at 6 PM sharp. Horribly unprofessional operation, go elsewhere.
I had an amazing experience with service my 2008 Vespa! Marco and Joe are very professional and nice people. Cost of service is great too. I received my Vespa like brand new, they even washed and polished it I made a mistake to take my Vespa before to local motorbike shop ( don’t do it) and they made it worse and more expensive. From Now I will take my Vespa only here even I have to ride it from Aventura. Thank you! I definitely recommend to all Vespa owners have service here!
Great experience all around with my Sean Wotherspoon X Vespa 150cc that I purchased in 2022. I recently had to have it serviced and Joe in the service department was quick to find and resolve the problem.
Wow!! I had a horrible experience. 😫 I live in West Palm Beach, so I called before coming in, I told them what was going on with my Vespa and they told me "bring it in and we can scan it and see what's wrong with it" so I drove a whole hour to bring the Vespa only for them to tell me that I would have to drop it in for two days before they can scan it. Ron in sales is Great and Joe who runs the service is top notch, wouldn't hesitate to ever bring my vespas in or purchase another from them. One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had.
