I had some trouble with my bike and after not fixing it after more then 3 month I took it back home before Christmas time. The office was closed at this time for weeks and I was wondering what is going on. But luckely the service was there and I took my bike. And now it is closed and nobody reaches out to me to solve my problem.
Are they still in business? I had a nice buying experience there, seven years ago, and their service people have always done well. But I'm trying to schedule service again, and for weeks, their phone system just rings and rings without voice mail, and no response to a message on their "contact us" page.
Responsive team during an unexpected event in DC rush hour. While other tow companies weren’t able to assist the them at La Moto went above and beyond.
I own a BV 350 had to have my tires changed and check some mechanical issues. I can only praise the customer service, specifically in the service department, both Nico and Andrew excellent attention to the customer; five star ; highly recommended.
