I will start by saying, 1 star is 1 star to many. I have been a patient of Dr. Veselova's for almost 2 years now. Up until the first of this year, it has been a very pleasant experience. After their receptionist, Mary retired, they had hired someone who didn't last long. Since that time, there has not been a receptionist, and the nurses are working at the front desk. Visiting Dr. Natalia Veselova was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had in my life. I appreciate the other reviews stating the “be patient” and how the office is “no nonsense”, but if that’s translation for “lack of compassionate care” and “advocate for yourself or you’ll be dismissed”, then I wholeheartedly agree.
