Visiting Dr. Natalia Veselova was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had in my life. I appreciate the other reviews stating the “be patient” and how the office is “no nonsense”, but if that’s translation for “lack of compassionate care” and “advocate for yourself or you’ll be dismissed”, then I wholeheartedly agree. Kindness, care, and great listening ability. Everyone in the office exhibits these behaviors.
This office does not have time for the nonsense. It' about your care. I've never had issues with treatments, or following up. I realize I'm not the only one they serve. A little patience and kindness goes a long way. Physician is very well knowledgeable with prevention, diagnosis and treatments. Again...have a little patience and be sure to follow up if you don't get a call back.
