I would not recommend a Vesado house to anyone. I recently purchased a Vesado home, and here are the things that I experienced: -My closing was moved back because of Vesado, and I had to pay a reappraisal fee due to miscommunication between the realtor, project manager, and electrician. -I also had my neighbor curse and intimidate my room mate because of an unpaid water bill by Veasado contractors- they threw trash away in her bins, as well as destroyed her fence. ***The following was supposed to be fixed- it was in ... read more
