Awesome staff great prices
Was very disappointed. I took my wedding dress here for alterations. The only issue at first was that there is NO parking and the location is in an obscure building. After my third fitting, I was told I could pick my dress as it was ready. My mom picked both her MOB and my dress up. My mom’s dress was unfinished with pins still in it and with chalk on the hem. They did a great job
I was very disappointed with my experience here. I had purchased a prom dress one year ago and COVID had hit. I was unable to have a prom, and was unable to come to store to get the dress. I had never had the dress altered nor did I ever wear it more than once. The dress never left the store. I came in recently and asked for my money back. They told me I was unable to do so.
