It was really bad experience
This is my go to place for floral arrangements for my wife and the store NEVER DISAPPOINTS 🙌🏽🔥 I recently stopped by and noticed there is a new owner. I noticed the store had several changes and it actually looks even nicer than it did before. I appreciated the way the new owner took the time to ensure my floral arrangement was made perfect for my wife and he surpassed my expectations. worse dress shopping experience ever! store is never open, owner opens when ever he wants, received incorrect dress, new owner refused to refund my money, states since he is the new owner and i didn't place my order with him, he is "accommodating" me by "re-ordering" the dress, that will get here in 6weeks (my event is in 7weeks and the dress still needs altered) just a FYI stay away from this place. DO NOT SHOP HERE, SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE and HEARTACHE, JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
My experience with Verynice Flowers was extremely disappointing. I placed an order well in advance for a special occasion, but they failed to deliver the product on time, causing inconvenience and disappointment. The customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I inquired about the delay. They kept coming up withcexuses as to why they had not finished.
