Living at Verve has been the worst decision I have made. June 13: The noise issue still hasn’t been resolved. Yes, it’s possible to call and file a complaint — but does it actually do anything? There have been multiple times when the noise became extremely loud at midnight or even around 3 AM. Right now, at 11:23 PM, the TV near the pool area is on with the speaker blasting noise, and I have no doubt that it will keep on for the rest of the night because no staff will assist anything at this time. Overall, the ammenities of Verve are great. Maitenance is quick to respond to claims and operations are efficient. The worst thing that still has not been fixed after being here for 6 months and multiple complaints is the internet. Verve internet is provided by Elauwit and the wireless connection cannot sustain a FaceTime call with my family without cutting out and dropping. If you want to live at Verve, make sure you have an unlimited data plan for phone calls.

I am currently living on the second floor. It has been a train-wreck since August. They advertise it as luxury but there were and still are some pretty major construction errors, even before I moved in. There was construction equipment blocking the sidewalks outside of the building itself for the first half of the year. The outdoor tvs have never worked, the highly advertised Jumbotron was fried for months, the sauna is locked 50% of the time, the touchpad controls for any of the common rooms have never worked.
