This review is specifically re: Weight Lifting / Functional Strength Training by Markus I don't know how else to explain it, other than Markus has completely reshaped how I think about my physical health for longevity. While I love pilates, there is something about how he formats his functional strength training classes that make me want to be super strong and ditch pilates altogether. Hailey and Jess' spin classes hurt so good! Everyone at the studio has been so friendly and welcoming in such a genuine way. So glad we have this spot in North County!

I came to verve visiting from out of state, I am big cycle class goer and enjoy visiting local studios when traveling. 715am class was very fun and challenging. Playlist was on point, people seemed like they had a tight community here. Cute studio, good vibes. 4 stars only because no towels to offer if visiting, bring your own.

Spin class highly recommended with Brianna! Verve provides a safe, judgement-free space run by caring professionals. Verve has helped transform my lifestyle to a more active and positive one. I look forward to every Monday, just be aware to take it slow at the beginning ;) Here, you don't have to worry about keeping up, as the instructors are very supportive in your personal goals and growth.
