I have never, not once tried a Spin class, but my best friend had a birthday and her wish was her friends do a Spin class with her- so this was my first experience and my first time at this studio. Because I was a first-timer, the staff was answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and helped me get ready for the class. We went to the VERVE Oceanside location, on a girls trip and they were AMAZING! Everyone on the staff was so sweet and engaging, made us feel super welcome! (We talked about it all day!) Even made a fun sign for us! The workout class was SO good, fun music!! I’ll definitely be back again!

VERVE Oceanside is absolutely amazing! I am new to the world of spin, but the phenomenal staff at VERVE has welcomed me and treated me like family since day one! I was a bit unsure going in to it because I had never taken a spin class before, but I quickly found out that they have riders of every skill level and love to support and inspire new riders. Really enjoy the classes here. Shout out to Hailey for cycle and Marcus for strength. High intensity classes with high energy instructors. Definitely a great add to Oceanside.
