Great staff and great class. Love the dark studio , really beginner friendly. Only wish is that there were evening afternoon and classes on weekends

I have never, not once tried a Spin class, but my best friend had a birthday and her wish was her friends do a Spin class with her- so this was my first experience and my first time at this studio. Because I was a first-timer, the staff was answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and helped me get ready for the class.
