Absolutely horrible customer service as well as horrible charges. Lived there all of the 2024 to 2025 academic year and I got raped by their unforeseen fees. Very unprofessional management team as well and I will say that if you live there just be prepared to pay a bunch of hidden fees.
Terrible customer service and little etiquette to their residents. Lived there for 1 year, and resigned the lease for next year, however I need to cancel it as unforeseen circumstances came up. Little to no assistance with helping me canceling my lease, as well as unfair policy’s making it extremely difficult to cancel it. Little to no communication with their support team. They do not care about their residents.
