They say and show one thing and do another. There is no accountability. It is at the whim of the staff as to who gets what. This is worse than a dorm. The charges are for high floors, your choice of apartment, but people on the ground assign rooms based on unclear protocols. The staff on the ground is kind but have no power and the assistant manager is on a power trip. You should go somewhere else.

So much Hidden fees, overly priced, 11 months lease for 12 months rent, Apartments are in great condition and nicely furnished but still not worth with this pricing if you dont find someone to sublease student will end up paying 2.5 months rent for empty apartment once college is closed for summer vacation and they chose to go home or other state for internships.

I lived at The Verve in New Brunswick while subleasing for my summer internship, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged for damages that were already there before I moved in, despite clearly inheriting them from the previous resident. Management seemed determined to find any excuse to add extra charges instead of addressing the issue fairly.
