I’ve been training with Jose for the past year. He is smart, knowledgeable and personable and does an excellent job of adapting the composition and intensity of his workouts to the capabilities of the client. He prepares for each session and then observes the workout carefully to see if the intensity should be adjusted up or down. Tim, who handles the scheduling, is reliable and honest. I've been with Verve for more than 25 years and can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and owner. Their trainers are the best. I've referred many people to Verve over the years and they've all been very happy. They're the best!

Both of my kids who play tennis worked out at Verve Health and Fitness in their off season and it was great.

Great facility, and everyone is really nice! Did a semi-private training session with Alexia and felt challenged and learned a lot about the muscles we were working and why we were doing each stretch and exercise. Would recommend trying Verve out and will definitely be back!
