I'm always very reluctant to go to the salon, because I'm never completely happy with the end result, but yesterday's experience changed that for me! I called in an appointment the morning of, Christy was able to take me in 30 minutes from when I called. She helped me cut off ten inches to donate and advised me on good organizations I could send it to.
