The state of the house was cleaned minimally. Dusts on windowsills and blankets were not cleaned properly, previous occupants stuff was still there. The only upside of the place is the convenience of the location, as its next to a free tram zone and Melbourne landmarks are in walkable distance.
Stayed here for 2 months and honestly found the place dull and lacking exuberance for a building called Verve Apartments. The hard rock climbing thing attached to it is the only saving grace, giving it some sort of appeal, at least to a passerby. This place didnt bother to create a separate trash chute for recyclables, it's all in one. Most of the time the reception staff was unavailable. The orange couch in the reception area is cool tho. Personally I wouldn’t even give one star after my partner and myself with our two kids where put into a dodgy room with faulty PowerPoints I was a victim of a PowerPoint basically exploding next to my bed while I was sleeping and my daughter was in the same room as well I’m currently trying to seek legal advice while going through psychological treatment as I have bad panic attacks whenever I see flashes or fire in general… I spoke with the owner/manager they done nothing to compensate after I paid over $60,000 due to the re... read more
