Unfortunately rental property management is not VERV strong point at all. Property managers are poorly skilled with extremely bad communication. Out of respect and integrity i will not put names in my review. But some individuals are simply not competent. Lack of care with being poorly organised and very poor low level communication. Email requests often simply ignored with about 10% contact rate via phone.

We'd never sell with anyone else. Jason is the best! When we decided to sell our extensively renovated home, several agents came through and outlined their sales campaigns. We chose Jason because he was genuinely enthusiastic about the quality of our home and the changes we'd made. The campaign ended up being a lengthy one due to the current market situation, but Jason's enthusiasm and commitment didn't wane. The rental agent had extended the lease for another year without getting a confirmation from the owner. The property was negatively geared. It has put me in a huge financial stress. I don’t want to name the agent, but when I have spoken about it, the agent pointed me to the old email which was around 3 month old. I would encourage people to do strong due diligence before signing up for rental management.
