Stay away from this company! They are inept in accounting, can't even bill correctly and are highly skilled in harassment. I rented an oxygen generator from them and canceled my contract with them April 30th of this year. I was told no one was available to pick up the generator until May 6th. This company is complete garbage. I have been trying to get my reorder of catheters for over two weeks now. I am a paraplegic and have no bladder control. Adapthealth’s DEI staff has left me urinating on my self and getting in and out of the shower for they say 3-5 days. I’m not very confident, it’s the third time they’ve told me that my order has shipped. I have a strong feeling I will be calling them back a forth time this month. Take your business elsewhere especially if you want oxygen or anything you require to survive.
Juliet was SO nice, knowledgeable and helpful! She certainly knows the equipment well and made several gentle suggestions that convinced me of the options that do work best for me!
I have been a patient of them for 15 plus years and have had many troubling customer support issues !! And out right lied two multiple times !! So very disappointing!! I have very limited supplier choices , and am held captive!! One day I will find a better honest truthful supplier !! There have been a small few like Anna who listen and take action , but most push you off to only be transferred to start over then hung up on !! No email or text confirmations or status updates !!
