First class operation! We found the perfect property inside our budget, it needed some modifications to suite us better and Brad did an excellent job both guiding us on how to go about negotiating renovations as well as helping us get it under contract in a timely manner! Can’t recommend them enough!
I was really hoping to do business with this company, as they have many great locations around Denton. I was disappointed by their customer service. I contacted Kris by email. His response was, "call me." When I called, he cut me off mid-sentence saying he would call me back. A minute later I received a text saying he would call me when the property was available to show.
